• Tongwei Holds the First ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Internal Auditor Training Program
From March 19 to 20, 2026, Tongwei Co., Ltd. successfully held its first “ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Compliance Internal Auditor” training program at the Tongwei International Center. A total of 48 participants from Tongwei Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar (Hefei), and Tongwei Solar (Yancheng) attended the training in person.

On January 30, 2026, Tongwei Co., Ltd. and Tongwei Solar (Yancheng) Co., Ltd. successfully held the kick-off meeting for the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System development and certification project.
• Tongwei Designated as One of Sichuan Province’s First Enterprise Contact Points for Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision
On November 7, 2025, Tongwei Co., Ltd. was invited to attend and speak at a symposium jointly organized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice and the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce. During the event, Tongwei was officially designated as one of the first enterprise contact points for administrative law enforcement supervision in Sichuan Province.
• Two Additional Entities Obtain ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Certification
On November 5, 2025, Tongwei Solar (Yancheng) Co., Ltd. and Tongwei Solar (Nantong) Co., Ltd. successfully passed the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System certification audit and were awarded the corresponding certification certificates.

• ACFIC Legal Affairs Department Visits Tongwei for Research on Modern Governance in Private Enterprises
On September 4, 2025, the Legal Affairs Department of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) visited Tongwei Co., Ltd. to conduct a special research study on modern governance practices in private enterprises. During the visit, the delegation expressed strong recognition and appreciation for Tongwei’s compliance management efforts.
• Successfully Passed the 2025 ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Audit
From August 4 to 8, 2025, six Tongwei-affiliated entities successfully passed the annual surveillance audit for the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System. The entities included Tongwei Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang Polysilicon Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar (Meishan) Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd.
• Tongwei Selected as a National Best Practice Case for Advancing Rule-of-Law Governance in Private Enterprises
On July 24, 2025, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) issued a notice on exemplary practices adopted by chambers of commerce and private enterprises in advancing rule-of-law governance. Tongwei Co., Ltd.’s compliance management practices were selected as a model case under the category of “Typical Practices of Private Enterprises in Promoting Rule-of-Law Enterprise Development.”
• Delegation from Sichuan Provincial State-Owned Cultural Enterprises Visits Tongwei for Compliance Management Exchange
On July 25, 2025, a delegation of more than 60 participants from the Internal Control and Compliance Management Training Program for Sichuan Provincial State-Owned Cultural Enterprises and Institutions visited Tongwei Co., Ltd. for an on-site exchange session. The program was organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and hosted by its Party School.
During the event, participants engaged in in-depth discussions with Tongwei’s compliance team on topics including key corporate compliance challenges, innovations in risk control models, and the digitalization of compliance management systems.

From June 23 to 24, 2025, Tongwei Co., Ltd. successfully organized the third “ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Practical Compliance Officer” training program at Tongwei Solar (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. More than 60 compliance internal auditors from Tongwei Co., Ltd., Yongxiang Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar, and Tongwei Solar Technology participated in the training.

On November 27, 2024, Tongwei Co., Ltd. was honored with the “2024 Sustainable Brand Model Enterprise Compliance Award” by Huxiu in recognition of its outstanding performance in corporate governance and compliance management. Tongwei stood out among 197 nominated companies to receive this prestigious award.

On November 20, 2024, Tongwei Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the Conference on High-Quality Development of Foreign-Related Rule of Law Services for Enterprises held in the Tianfu Central Legal Affairs District. On August 22, 2024, Tongwei, as the only invited company, attended the press conference on the “Guidelines for Compliance Construction of Private Enterprises in Sichuan Province (“Guidelines”) jointly organized by the Information Office of the Sichuan Provincial Government and the Publicity Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee. On August 24, 2024, Sichuan Yongxiang Polysilicon Co., Ltd. and TW Solar (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. successfully passed the ISO37301 compliance management system certification audit and obtained certificates.

From August 12 to 16, 2024, Tongwei Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy Co., Ltd., TW Solar (Meishan) Co., Ltd. and TW Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd. successfully passed the annual supervision and audit of the ISO37301 compliance management system.

On May 10, 2024, Tongwei Co., Ltd. successfully held the second training session for “ISO37301 Compliance Management System Practical Compliance Officer” at Tongwei International Center. Ma Haipeng, senior lecturer of BSI Learning, gave lectures, and more than 60 internal auditors from the headquarters of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and various business entities participated in the training on-site.
• Certificate awarding ceremony of “ISO37301 Compliance Management System Certification”
On December 25, 2023, Tongwei Co., Ltd. successfully held the certificate awarding ceremony of compliance management system certification at Tongwei International Center, marking that Tongwei officially became one of the first ISO37301 compliance management system certified enterprises in China’s entire photovoltaic industry chain.
