Mr. Liu Hanyuan graduated with an EMBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management. Liu Hanyuan is a senior engineer who has served as the chairman of Tongwei's first to sixth boards of directors and is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Tongwei Group.

Ms. Liu Shuqi obtained a bachelor's degree from Queen Mary University of London, UK. Before serving as the company’s Chairman and CEO, she was supervisor of Tongwei Group, director of the eighth board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd., assistant to the president, and general manager of Tongwei's PV business department.

Mr. Yan Hu graduated with an MBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management and is a senior accountant. After joining the company, he has successively served as the chief accountant of Tongwei Group and then the chief accountant, the president and the secretary of the board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd. concurrently, the director of the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh board of directors, and the vice chairman of the seventh board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd.

Ms. Ding Yi is a member of the Communist Party of China with a doctoral degree in economics from Renmin University of China. She was a director of the seventh board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd. She currently serves as a director on the 9th Board of Directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd., and as an Independent Non-executive Director for Hua Xia Bank Co., Ltd., Huatai Asset Management Co., Ltd., and S.F. Holding Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang Jin has a Ph.D. degree in Economics. He has worked at institutions including the State Planning Commission, the Institute of International Energy under the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Federal Reserve Bank, etc. Since March 2012, he has served as President of China International Cooperation Intercontinental Energy Consulting Institute. Since July 2018, he has been a key initiator and Executive Vice Chairman of the New Energy International Investment Alliance. He currently serves as a director of the 9th Board of Directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Chengdu Guibao Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

Ms. Deng San is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds an MBA degree from Sichuan University. She served as Head of the Secretariat Department of Tongwei Group, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairperson of the Sixth and Seventh Supervisory Boards of Tongwei Co., Ltd. She is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Tongwei Group, as well as Worker Director of the 9th Board of Directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd.

Ms. Jiang Yumei is a member of the Communist Party of China and a doctoral supervisor with a doctoral law degree. She is an expert who enjoys the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. Jiang Yumei is the executive dean of the Comprehensive Research Institute of China (Sichuan) Free Trade Pilot Zone of Southwest University of Finance and Economics. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Policy Decision and a legal adviser to the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.She currently serves as independent non-executive Director of 9th Board of Directors in Tongwei Co.,Ltd, and concurrently serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd., Yimikang Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Liangshan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xu Yingtong has an MBA degree from Fudan University, previously served as PDT Manager of GPRS PCU, Director of Base Station Software Platform Department / Wireless Software Platform Department, Director of Wireless (Hangzhou) Research Institute, President of Smart PV Business, President of Ascend Computing of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and currently is Chairman, CEO of Shanghai Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd and an independent non-executive director of the 9th Board of Directors in Tongwei Co.,Ltd.

Mr. Chen Lei has a Ph.D. degree. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Accounting at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Since 2014, he has successively held the positions of assistant professor, associate professor, professor, and doctoral supervisor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and currently serves as Assistant Dean of the School of Accounting. He is currently an independent director of the 9th Board of Directors of Tongwei Co.,Ltd, an independent non-executive director of Hangzhou Meideng Technology Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Chengdian Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., and a director of Sichuan Changhong Electronics Holding Group Co., Ltd.
