The TNC 2.0 series achieves both power and efficiency breakthroughs:

Empowering Mexico: Solar Solutions from Warehouses to Farmlands
Tongwei’s expansion in Mexico is not just about business growth but also about integrating into the local economy and society. Through a strategic partnership with Grupo Dragon, Tongwei is supplying high-power PV modules for the construction of 227 distributed solar-powered warehouses for Elektra, a leading Mexican retail brand. The first phase of the project was completed in September 2024, with all installations featuring Tongwei’s high-performance modules. The project is expected to generate 35.5 million kWh of electricity annually, reducing 33,400 tons of CO₂ emissions and cutting Elektra’s electricity costs by 30%.
In another initiative, Tongwei played a key role in an 8.8kW distributed solar project at Mexico’s Agricultural University, bringing technological advancements with a human touch. In 2023, Tongwei partnered with WADE RAIN to develop a solar-powered irrigation system in a desert-prone, water-scarce region. This project not only supports local agricultural production but also serves as an educational platform where students and faculty actively participated in the installation process. By engaging in hands-on renewable energy applications, they gained practical knowledge and increased awareness of environmental sustainability.
