Recently, TaiyangNews unveiled its Top Solar Modules 2024, including the prestigious “Top 10 Highest Efficiency Commercial Solar Modules” list. Tongwei made an impressive mark as the only manufacturer with two modules, the TNC and THC series, included on this year’s list, earning the distinguished Badge of Excellence. This marks the second consecutive year Tongwei has achieved this honor, showcasing its commitment to innovation and excellence in PV technology.
Since its introduction in 2022, TaiyangNews’s mass-produced module efficiency ranking has served as a trusted resource for the global market to identify top-performing PV products. The Badge of Excellence Program, launched in 2023, further recognizes products that feature on the list for at least six months annually. Tongwei’s TNC and THC modules earned this accolade once again, reflecting the company’s industry-leading expertise and continuous drive for technological breakthroughs.

Tongwei’s TNC and THC modules continue to set new benchmarks for efficiency and power output:
• TNC-G12 66 Module: Achieved a front-side power of 763.4 W with a conversion efficiency of 24.58%, surpassing comparable market products by approximately 40 W.
• TNC-G12R 66 Module: Delivered a front-side power of 663.5 W and a conversion efficiency of 24.56%, similarly outperforming competitors by 40 W.
Additionally, Tongwei’s THC-G12 module reached a record-breaking 776.2 W output power and a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 24.99%, setting its ninth industry record for heterojunction module efficiency and power since 2023.
