Mr. Liu Hanyuan graduated with an EMBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management. Liu Hanyuan is a senior engineer who has served as the chairman of Tongwei's first to sixth boards of directors and is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Tongwei Group.

Ms. Liu Shuqi obtained a bachelor's degree from Queen Mary University of London, UK. Before serving as the company’s Chairman and CEO, she was supervisor of Tongwei Group, director of the eighth board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd., assistant to the president, and general manager of Tongwei's PV business department.

Mr. Yan Hu graduated with an MBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management and is a senior accountant. After joining the company, he has successively served as the chief accountant of Tongwei Group and then the chief accountant, the president and the secretary of the board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd. concurrently, the director of the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh board of directors, and the vice chairman of the seventh board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd.

Mr. Fu Daiguo is the dean of the Western Business School of Southwest University of Finance and Economics, a professor of accounting, a doctoral supervisor, and vice president of the Chengdu Accounting Society. He has been an independent director of serval companies, including an independent director of the seventh board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Maccura Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Langjiu Co., Ltd. (to be listed).

Ms. Jiang Yumei is a member of the Communist Party of China and a doctoral supervisor with a doctoral law degree. She is an expert who enjoys the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. Jiang Yumei is the executive dean of the Comprehensive Research Institute of China (Sichuan) Free Trade Pilot Zone of Southwest University of Finance and Economics. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Policy Decision and a legal adviser to the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.

Mr. Xu Yingtong has an MBA degree from Fudan University, previously served as PDT Manager of GPRS PCU, Director of Base Station Software Platform Department / Wireless Software Platform Department, Director of Wireless (Hangzhou) Research Institute, President of Smart PV Business, President of Ascend Computing of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and currently is Chairman, CEO, and independent director of the 8th Board of Directors of Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Li Peng obtained a doctoral degree in finance from the School of Economics, Xiamen University. He has served as the senior manager of the investment banking business, vice president, senior vice president, and director of the Energy and Chemical Industry Group of the Investment Banking Management Committee of CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.

Ms. Ding Yi is a member of the Communist Party of China with a doctoral degree in economics from Renmin University of China. She was a director of the seventh board of directors of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and also served as an independent director of Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd., Huatai Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Yuanshi Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

Mr. Song Dongsheng has a master's degree and is a senior engineer who enjoys the Special Government Allowance of the State Council .He has served as an independent director of China Oil HBP Technology Co., Ltd, China National Complete Plant Import & Export Co., Ltd, and Jiangsu Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric Co., Ltd since September 2019.

Ms. Deng San is a member of the Communist Party of China with an MBA degree from Sichuan University. She served as the head of the Secretariat Department of Tongwei Group, the assistant to the chairman of the board of directors, and the chairman of the sixth and seventh supervisory boards of Tongwei Co., Ltd.

Ms. Cui Yong graduated from the School of Civil and Commercial Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a legal professional qualification. He has successively served as the inspector, assistant to the minister, deputy minister, and minister of the Supervision Department of Tongwei Group.

Mr. Chen Pingfu, an EMBA and CPA, served as the financial department manager. deputy general manager, general manager of Sichuan Tongwei, and the general manager of Tongwei Vietnam 1. He was also a director of the company's fourth and fifth boards of directors.
